This guy is awesome!...Never heard of him before -- I'm Soto...so that's a big reason why. Really cuts to the point and delves into where real practice begins.

Yeah, that's a quality that really drew me to him too : ). His approach is very direct/cutting.
His name is Tsem Tulku Rinpoche, he was pretty big on youtube for a while until he took his videos down, recently he's put some back up again though. Universal Compassion? Prove it. is a great talk too, I'd be happy to link more.

well he was speaking to malaysians who don't know much about American history, brief example showing that ignorance can be changed when the guy who asked the question brought up racism.
